Sources, every time
Each answer cites the documents it came from, so you can open the source and check it yourself. If the evidence isn't there, Knovara says so instead of guessing.
Your permissions, unchanged
Knovara searches on your behalf with your own Microsoft 365 access. It never grants anyone extra SharePoint access, and it only ever sees what you can already see.
You confirm every change
Drafts and list updates are previewed first. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and Knovara never overwrites a file.

Knovara is deployed as an isolated stack for each customer. Your documents are read at answer time through your own Microsoft 365 permissions, and nothing about their contents is kept.

Does Knovara change who can see what?
No. It searches and acts as the signed-in person, with that person's existing Microsoft 365 permissions. It adds no access and holds no credentials of its own to your documents.
Where does our data live?
Your documents stay in SharePoint. Knovara runs in a dedicated stack in your own cloud account and region, and stores only metadata and audit records, never document text.
Which model does it use, and where?
Knovara runs on Claude models through the model service inside your own cloud account, such as Amazon Bedrock or Azure OpenAI, so prompts and documents are processed within your account.
How is it installed?
As a personal app in Microsoft Teams. Your Entra administrator reviews and consents to a short list of delegated permissions, and we deploy your isolated stack with you. Employees simply open Knovara in Teams.
